马金彪，男，理学博士，出生于1978年，新疆塔城人。

2011年4月至2016年3月，中国科学院新疆生态与地理研究所做博士后研究工作；

2010年7月至2020年12月，中国科学院新疆生态与地理研究所助理研究员，从事植物抗逆分子生物学研究工作

2020年12月至今，中国科学院新疆生态与地理研究所副研究员，从事植物抗逆分子生物学研究工作
