张雷，男，山东德州平原人，中国科学院新疆生态与地理研究所副研究员，曾任中国科学院生态环境研究中心特别研究助理/博士后，主要从事温室气体收支、全球变化与生态响应等相关研究。近年来，发展完善了畜牧业温室气体排放评估模型与参数化方法，完成了百年尺度（1890-2020年）全球畜牧业甲烷（CH4）和氧化亚氮（N2O）排放评估，构建了温室气体排放空间数据集（~10km分辨率），相关数据被全球碳计划（GCP，IPCC气候评估的重要数据源）采纳，支持了全球温室气体预算（Global GHG-Budget）编制。
