  • 张波,字泊恒,198511出生,新疆吉木萨尔县人,理学博士。民盟盟员。入选中国科学院青年创新促进会会员和自治区天山英才计划第三期培养人选。现为脆弱生态恢复与保育团队助理研究员。发表SCI/CSCD论文30余篇,获得国家发明专利3项,软件登记6项。在科技扶贫方面,结合中国科学院科技服务网络计划项目,积极参与和田地区的科技扶贫活动,先后被《科技日报》和《经济日报》等媒体报道。
